We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and management, with a proven track record of building relationships, closing deals, and leading a team of agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation: Provide expert guidance to clients on property sales, purchases, and leasing. Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices and property values.
Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, including negotiations, contract preparation, and closing procedures. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of real estate agents. Provide training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and client satisfaction.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's market presence.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Address and resolve any issues that arise during transactions.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local developments. Use this information to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date advice.
Qualifications:
Licensing and experience:
-Valid real estate broker’s license (RERA certified),
-Valid Driving license, Having your vehicle is a plus.
-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales and leasing.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
