Job Duties:
• Collect, review, and manage timesheets / Invoices for the company and enter into system.
• Ensure that timesheets / Invoices are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Review timesheets / Invoices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Enter timesheet data into the company's designated database or software accurately and promptly.
• Generate reports summarizing hours worked by employees, equipment usage, and any other relevant data required by management.
• Communicate any discrepancies or issues with timesheets to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
