We are currently seeking a customer-oriented telesales executive, experienced or entry-level, who will leverage both inbound and outbound telephone strategies to achieve sales objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling our products, handling incoming calls to address customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various departments to effectively resolve customer complaints.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess strong persuasion skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in following sales scripts and exhibit exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
