Job Description:
Future Star Customs Broker and Transport Trucks LLC is seeking an experienced female accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing financial tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Manage invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and tax laws.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Work closely with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Handle day-to-day financial transactions and ensure timely processing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the UAE.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
