تفاصيل الوظيفة Required to do the following: 1. Pattern Interpretation: - Review and interpret patterns or designs provided by fashion designer ensuring all measurements and specifications are understood. 2. Fabric Cutting: - Precisely cut fabrics or materials according to the patterns and designs, ensuring accuracy and minimal wastage. - Work with a wide range of fabrics including delicate, thick, or patterned materials, adjusting techniques accordingly. 3. Pattern Making: - Occasionally create or modify patterns based on the designer’s requirements or customer specifications. - Adjust patterns to fit different sizes, ensuring proper proportion and fit. 4. Network: - Collaborate with tailors, seamstresses, and designers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of garments. - Offer technical advice on fabric choices and garment construction to enhance quality. 5. Quality Control - Ensure high standards of accuracy in cutting and inspect fabric for defects before cutting. - Conduct final checks to ensure pieces are correctly cut and ready for sewing. Requirements - Proven experience as a master cutter or senior cutter, typically with 5-10 years in the field. - Excellent knowledge of fabrics, pattern making, and cutting techniques. - Strong eye for detail and precision. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Familiarity with both manual and computer-aided cutting techniques (such as CAD cutting) is preferable
