We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Admin to manage our office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, and direct them to the appropriate departments. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital. Support the HR department with onboarding, record-keeping, and employee communications. Assist in managing office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
