Primary Purpose and Key Accountabilities:-
* Assist online customers in a timely manner.
* Coordinates with the sales team, logistics, and management on a day-to-day operation.
* Responsible for the sales operations and follow-up with planning on pending orders / urgent requests or items delivery and updates the logistics team accordingly.
* Coordinate with courier partners on the delivery status.
* Make sales invoices and basic data entry.
* Data entry.
