#Sales_Specialist *Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Generating and contacting sales leads via phone, email, and chat and set up appointments to present company services.
• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services, pricing, and availability.
• Keep our database updated with call logs.
• Responsible for following up on the marketing posts on the company’s different Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc. ).

Manage Accounts by preparing campaign presentations, reports & follow-up on all requests.
•
Meeting daily, weekly & monthly KPI’s to hit targets provided.
•
Communicate with Clients to resolve issues & inquiries.
• Assisting with the analysis of marketing data, including campaign results and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Schedule meetings & develop strong, ongoing relationships with customers.
•
Communicate & approach new clients to build & maintain professional network.
•
Cooperate with other departments to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
• Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team.
*Qualifications:
• Graduates only.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales.
• Preferred to have experience in Hospitality Industry.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent selling, negotiation & communication Skills.
• Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.
• Familiar with CRM Solutions & Microsoft tools.
