Job Vacancy – Customer Service Specialist (Medical Suppliers) – Mokattam, Cairo
A well-known medical suppliers company is looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Cairo. This role focuses on providing outstanding customer support, ensuring satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Location: Mokattam – 6142 Al-Ahram Street
Next to Central Mokattam 1 and Bilal Ibn Rabah Mosque
Off Street 9, Mokattam, Cairo
⏰ Working Hours: 8 hours/day – 1 day off per week

Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound customer leads professionally.
Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently.
Identify and analyze issues, delivering effective solutions to meet customer needs.
Deliver promotional offers for medical products via mobile, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Excellent English language skills.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Support (preferably in medical suppliers companies).
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Basic experience in Microsoft Office & social media.
Fluent in verbal and written Arabic and English.
Must be a Cairo resident (On-site work at Mokattam headquarters).
