We’re hiring a Call Center / Customer Relations Representative for a leading dermatology and laser clinic group in Cairo.
You’ll handle client inquiries, confirm bookings, and follow up professionally through calls and WhatsApp.
We need someone with a clear voice, fluent English, and excellent communication skills.
Experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or TeleSales is a strong advantage.
Working Hours: 1 PM – 10 PM (Fridays off)
Salary: EGP 6,500 + monthly performance bonus
Work Location: Inside the clinic (not remote)
