Accurately manage reservations and bookings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and guest communication efficiently.
Process payments and assist with billing procedures.
Perform administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
Ensure guest safety and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
Stay up to date with hotel services, facilities, and promotions.
Utilize hotel systems and technology effectively.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English (speaking and listening is a must).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in hotel software and Microsoft Office applications.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
