Senior Property Consultant About the Role: As a Senior Property Consultant, you’ll bring experience and leadership to our sales team, managing client portfolios and driving high-value transactions. Criteria: • Talented male or female with minimum 3 years of experience in a brokerage firm (commercial & residential) • Proven ability to handle and manage customer listings • Expected to maintain a private client portfolio • Strong command of English and computer skills • Owning a car is mandatory Skills: • Excellent work ethic and professional attitude • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Customer service mindset with the ability to build loyal client relationships • Team player with strong time management skills Professional Training & Development: Candidates should already be trained to: • Master real estate project knowledge (commercial & residential), including pricing and payment terms • Manage customer lists and maintain strong client relationships • Understand customer needs and requirements Successful candidates will be further trained to: • Generate qualified leads • Negotiate deals and contracts effectively • Close transactions with professionalism and efficiency
