RE/MAX Al Mohager Real Estate Marketing is looking for a professional recruiter to help us expand our real estate agents and business partners’ network.
This is not a real estate sales job.
The role focuses on searching for, contacting, screening, and following up with potential real estate agents who may be suitable to join our company under the RE/MAX Al Mohager Business Partner model.
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, headhunting, sales, telesales, or business development
Excellent English
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to evaluate candidates professionally
Organized, serious, and presentable personality
Preferably based in New Cairo or nearby areas
