We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Senior Budget Accountant
to join our professional finance team in a dynamic and growing work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor project budgets, variance analysis, and cost forecasts
Track expenses related to construction, marketing, sales commissions, and operational costs
Collaborate with project managers, sales, and procurement teams on budget planning and allocation
Generate financial reports, cash flow projections, and budget vs. actual analysis
Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards and real estate regulations
Support internal/external audits and provide recommendations for cost optimization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting/accounting
Previous experience in real estate or construction companies is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax laws, VAT, and real estate financing
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
(Pivot Tables – Advanced Functions)
Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
Strong analytical skills and high attention to financial details
Fluency in Arabic and English
