We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Senior Property Consultant
to join our growing real estate team and drive outstanding sales performance in a dynamic market environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual monthly sales targets set by management
Handle the full property sales cycle from listing to transfer
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients
Generate leads for resale and leasing opportunities, not only off-plan projects
Qualify leads and manage client data using the company CRM system
Prepare and execute all required sales and leasing documentation
Coordinate advertising and marketing materials for listed properties
Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential clients
Attend real estate exhibitions and networking events to identify new business opportunities
Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activities, and property laws
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and business initiatives
Maintain professional standards, punctuality, and corporate appearance at all times
Ensure full understanding of local property sale, purchase, and leasing procedures
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent networking and client relationship management abilities
Good understanding of the local real estate market and property regulations
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
