Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and explain course offerings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide detailed information about course content, schedules, and fees.
• Follow up with interested leads to maximize enrollment rates.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and online education platforms to better understand customer needs.
Requirements:
• Must be a resident of 6th of October City or Sheikh Zayed.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong background or familiarity with digital marketing and the online business landscape.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
