Salary: EGP 8k to 10k Base Salary + Commission
The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Specialist to manage the full sales cycle for one of our key B2B accounts. This role is focused on relationship building, sales growth, and meticulous order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Establish and grow strong working relationships with various client contacts to understand their needs and expand product utilization across departments.
Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the existing account structure.
Order-to-Cash: Manage the entire order process, from accurate processing of purchase orders to ensuring correct, timely invoicing.
Account Compliance: Maintain strict attention to detail regarding contract pricing, product codes, and payment procedures (Net 90 terms).
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales inquiries and account needs.
Required Skills and Background:
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to build trust and drive sales through relationship building.
Detail Focus: Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to accuracy in managing numbers, codes, and documentation.
Communication: Fluent professional communication in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks, reporting, and using Microsoft Excel.
Experience: 1+ years in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role is preferred.
