Job Vacancy – Production Engineer American Mattress Egypt is hiring a skilled Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities: • Supervise daily production operations ensuring efficiency and workflow. • Ensure quality and safety standards are applied across all production stages. • Identify and solve technical issues within the production process. • Improve productivity and minimize material waste and downtime. • Prepare technical reports and monitor production performance. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing (preferably in furniture or mattress industry). • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
