Job Details:
• Position: Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
• Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Days Off: Friday & Saturday
• Location: First Settlement, New Cairo (Only Cairo Governorate)
What You Will Own (KPIs):
• Generate qualified B2B leads for ISO certification services.
• Deliver monthly lead targets and support conversion to opportunities.
• Improve cost per lead (CPL) and campaign ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns (Google Search first, then Meta).
• Build and manage lead funnels (landing pages, forms, WhatsApp flows).
• Research and target Saudi & GCC markets with relevant keywords and messaging.
• Create conversion-focused content (ad copies, offers, case snippets).
• Track results (UTMs, basic analytics) and report weekly performance.
• Align closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
Requirements:
• BSc. degree is a must.
• 3–5 years in performance marketing / lead generation (B2B preferred).
• Hands-on with Google Ads (Search) is essential.
• Good English (reading/writing) for ads and client communication.
• Analytical mindset, ownership, and execution speed.
