Our main business is IT, however we operate across various sectors, offering a diverse and challenging work environment. Key Responsibilities: Resolve minor issues potentially with your own hands-on skills Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion Ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines Develop and maintain project schedules Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations Prepare and review technical drawings and plans Identify and resolve any issues or defects in a timely manner Research about construction materials Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry Proficient computer skills (MS Office and Excel in particular, Mail, construction software) Ability to create simple technical drawings Valid driver’s license is a plus Strong command of English, both written and spoken Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction tools and equipment Knowledge of building systems, such as HVAC and plumbing Experience with painting and plastering Basic knowledge of electrical systems Expertise in quality control and defect detection Construction Materials expertise
