JOB TITLE: Sales Coordinator / Estimator STATUS: Full-Time LOCATION: DIP 1, Dubai – UAE COMPANY BACKGROUND & PURPOSE OF POSITION: MBT, a leading building materials supplier with over 15 years of industry experience, offers a comprehensive range of solutions for various sectors. Our range of products can be divided into 1) Joinery & Fitout 2) Speciality Items. Our range of products include HPL solutions, Wall protection systems, Expansion joints, Flooring, Acoustic and more. Requirements: • Diploma/bachelor’s degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials, fitout and joinery industry. • Proficiency in pricing and estimation, calculating wastage, and coordinating between departments. • UAE driving license preferred. Responsibilities: • Coordinate all aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiry/RFQ to order closure. • Familiar with all pre-sales activities and processes, including estimation, submission, pre-qualification, shop drawings, material submittals and quotations • Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships. • Utilize technical drawings to assist in estimation and pricing. • Maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones within the industry. SALARY PACKAGE: AED 3,500 to 4,500 + Health Insurance + Annual Tickets + Strong Incentive Scheme, subject to candidate experience and qualifications.
