**Job Responsibilities:** * Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings and renders using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Sketch up etc.) based on project specifications and design concepts. * Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into visual representations. * Develop and maintain drawing sets, including plans, elevations, sections, and details for various construction phases. * Perform calculations and measurements to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and building codes. * Review and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes. * Maintain drawing archives and project documentation. * Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies in drafting and design. **Qualifications:** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in construction drafting and design. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment
