European online Jewellery brand is seeking a creative and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team in Dubai and skyrocket our online sales.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, (and Google Ads) to achieve maximum conversions.
- Conversion Optimization: Structure and analyze ads to maximize conversion rates. Understand what elements make ads successful and apply them effectively.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Your Profile:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat and Google Ads.
- Managing budget: Managing 6 figure USD ad spend per month
- Ad Structure Knowledge: Deep understanding of how to create high-converting ads and optimize them for better performance.
- Analytical Skills: Strong grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Creativity: Creative approach to developing advertising content that is both visually appealing and functional.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a international team and manage projects independently.
Bonus skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs. Conversion rate optimization in Shopify, email markerting with klaviyo
