Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for sales and marketing strategies.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to gather information and introduce our products and services.
• Send emails to potential clients with information about our offerings and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
• Prepare and send out data-driven reports, quotations, and proposals.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to provide data insights and support.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
• Assist in organizing data-centric marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
