Position: Real Estate Agent

Commission: 50-50% on sale or rent

Key Responsibilities:
- Property Expertise: Specialize in villas and plots, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and helping them find their dream properties.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Sales and Rentals: Facilitate the buying, selling, and renting of properties, ensuring smooth transactions and satisfied clients.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients and the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record in sales and rentals, particularly with villas and plots.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
