Introducing Safa Two by De Grisogono, an 85-storey residential masterpiece planned for Aykon City on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. De Grisogono, established in 1993, is a luxury brand rooted in the traditional high jewellery of the Genevan Renaissance in the 16th century. The name Grisogono is derived from the Greek word "Chrysogonos," meaning "begotten of gold."
This project stays true to time-honored craftsmanship while continually evolving its finest timepieces and jewelry. The highlight of Safa Two is a breathtaking "sapphire" infinity pool, seemingly suspended in mid-air between the two halves of the building on the 64th floor.
Replacing the earlier "Aykon City Hotel & Hotel Apartments" concept, Safa Two will feature a pool with an artificial beach on the 11th floor. The studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses offer transformative living spaces with movable walls for complete layout flexibility.
The 73rd to 84th floors will showcase Damac's "Skylofts Collection," a selection of penthouses and luxury units. According to the developer, the Skylofts Collection represents "a fresh approach to differentiating our ultra-luxury portfolio for end-users and property investors... the Skylofts Collection is the embodiment of a luxurious lifestyle unlike any other in Dubai, defined by opulent design aesthetics and access to uber-premium amenities."
