*Project Coordinator for Retail Interior Space*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Project Coordinator to assist our Project Manager in the retail interior sector.
Probation Period: 3 months
- The selection process includes two interviews: the first will be conducted via Google Meet, and the second will be a team interview in-person in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee retail interior projects, typically around 100 sqm (+/-), occasionally exhibition stand projects.
- Conduct site measurements in Dubai.
- Ensure production quality is maintained at our factory in Dubai.
- Be adaptable and capable of finding creative solutions to challenges that arise during projects.
Requirements:
- Ability to understand space and design through floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with store manager, designers and contractors.
- Previous experience as a carpenter or interior site manager is highly desirable.
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are advantageous.
- Must be eligible for travel to nearby GCC countries, as the role may require occasional business trips.
- PowerPoint and spreadsheets for project management is preferred, though training will be provided if necessary.
