Social Media Manager/Digital Marketing
We are seeking a Social Media/Digital Creator to join our team, someone who is creative, enthusiastic, willing to develop a deep understanding of improv and our core values and we’ll as passionate about digital marketing. As a Social Media Marketer, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager to plan, create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and collate video and photo content
- Edit reels and social media promotional material
- Produce community center content that will keep our existing customers interested and engaged
- Devise and execute a coherent social media strategy in one with our business ethos and values
- Maintain our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Maintain our brand identity, style and voice consistently across all social media platforms
- Learn how to increase digital awareness, followers, and likes
- Help report on the success of digital campaigns
- Assist with running digital ads alongside the Marketing Manager
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related creative field
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media
- Creative eye and strong photo and video capturing skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work on a team with a flexible schedule
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
