This role offers a unique opportunity for self-motivated individuals to build their own client portfolio while contributing to the company's growth. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and promoting our recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact the companies and potential clients.
Set up and attend meetings with these potential clients and close the deal.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients requiring permanent placement and professional recruitment consulting services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Close deals and generate revenue through successful client acquisition.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Generate proposals, quotations, follow up for closure, track if candidates have been hired by the client, follow up on the invoice.
Qualifications:
a proven track record in sales and business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Understanding of the recruitment industry (preferred).
Valid UAE visa (with the NOC from the current employer).
