We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Commi Chef to join our team. As a Commi Chef, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, working under the supervision of senior chefs to create authentic and delectable Lebanese dishes for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Lebanese dishes following our standardized recipes
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the kitchen team to maintain stock levels
- Continuously strive to improve culinary skills and knowledge of Lebanese cuisine
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and culinary techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, hygiene, and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays
