Responsibilities:
Lead Identification:
Utilize a variety of tools and platforms to identify potential real estate leads.
Research and analyze market trends to identify target demographics and areas with high potential.
Database Management:
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential leads, including contact information and relevant details.
Regularly update and cleanse the lead database to ensure accuracy.
Lead Nurturing:
Implement effective lead nurturing strategies to keep potential clients engaged and interested in our real estate services.
Utilize email marketing, social media, and other communication channels to build relationships with leads.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and tailor lead generation
Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation performance.
Market Research:
Identify new opportunities for lead generation based on market shifts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Lead generation, with a strong understanding of the industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and effective lead generation
campaigns.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
