• Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, often acting as a point of contact for clients and colleagues.
• Document Management: Preparing, editing, and filing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Office Organization: Maintaining office supplies, organizing files, and ensuring the workspace is efficient and orderly.
• Data Entry: Inputting and updating information in databases or spreadsheets.
• Customer Service: Assisting clients or customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information as needed.
• Financial Tasks: Assisting with invoicing, budgeting, or basic bookkeeping as required.
