Looking for an Administrative cum Receptionist to provide a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries.
* Coordinates and resolve all client-related issue.
* Develops strong relationships with all clients.
* Develops in conjunction with sales and marketing management.
* Handling complaints and queries via calls, emails, and general correspondence.
*Handle filing and data entry as requested, and other admin works.
