Job Description:
As a Real Estate Agent, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the property transaction process
Conducting property showings and arranging viewings for clients
Negotiating deals between buyers and sellers
Keeping up to date with the local property market trends and prices
Managing listings and advertising properties
Building relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Handling paperwork and contracts related to property transactions
Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business
Key Requirements:
Experience: Both experienced agents and freshers are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of real estate processes and documentation (for experienced candidates)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts (for freshers)
