Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team at Famous Real Estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, and helping clients find the best real estate solutions. The Sales Agent will play a key role in increasing sales by attracting new clients, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1-2 year of real estate experience
- Strong Communication and negotiation skill
- knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Self Motivated and goal-oriented
Develop and maintain a portfolio of real estate clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors.
Promote sales and rentals of properties through networking, marketing, and advertising.
Conduct property viewings and present clients with various options suited to their needs.
Negotiate deals and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Prepare necessary documentation for property transactions, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
Stay up to date with market trends, property prices, and developments within the real estate industry.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Agent or in a similar role, preferably in real estate.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
