*Job Summary: * The Telesales Representative for Real Estate will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales over the phone. They will play a crucial role in promoting and selling real estate properties, facilitating client interactions, and achieving sales targets.
*Key Responsibilities: *
*Lead Generation: Identify potential real estate leads through research, cold calling, and database management.
*Client Engagement: Engage with potential buyers, sellers, and investors over the phone to understand their real estate needs and provide information about available properties.
*Property Presentation: Effectively present and describe properties, highlighting their features, benefits, and market value.
*Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing their budget, preferences, and timelines to match them with suitable properties.
*Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, address questions or concerns, and guide them through the sales process.
*Sales Closure: Work towards closing real estate deals by negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with clients.
*Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
*Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate sales.
*Qualifications and Skills: *
- The candidate must be in UAE
- FEMALE any nationality but required to speak Arabic and English.
- Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role, with a focus on real estate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and practices.
- Familiarity with local real estate market conditions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Knowledgeable in Real Estate especially in UAE.
