A reputed group of companies needs experienced recruiting staff for hiring in the construction, property, real estate, transportation, and garage industries.
Responsibilities:
• Posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates for management.
• Coordinate with different departments within the group and evaluate requirements for staff and arranging.
• Conducting online interviews if required to hire candidates from other countries.
Job Qualification:
• Proactively source candidates through databases, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Candidates must have UAE experience in hiring white-collar and blue-collar staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms.
