We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, handling inbound and outbound calls, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
Present products and services to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
Achieve sales targets and goals on a monthly basis.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Upsell or cross-sell products as appropriate to meet customer needs.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in telesales or a customer service role is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Target-driven with the ability to meet sales quotas.
