We're currently looking for a mature, experienced, and reliable Lebanese Head Cook or Kitchen Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. You’ll be working with a talented but young crew who need strong leadership, discipline, and guidance to reach their potential.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining consistency and quality, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly during service. We're looking for someone hands-on and trustworthy who can be a steady presence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen team and manage all day-to-day operations
Train, supervise, and support junior cooks
Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene
Manage prep schedules, inventory, and supplier coordination
Maintain a calm and structured kitchen atmosphere
Collaborate on menu execution and seasonal updates
Requirements: Lebanese nationality and age above 30
Minimum 5 years experience in a professional kitchen
Strong leadership skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written) – this is essential
Dependable, organized, and respectful
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
