Personal assistant at Pediatric Clinic – Jbeil, Lebanon
Core Responsibilities:
• Appointment Coordination:
• Manage bookings (phone, online platforms )
• Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments
• Follow up with no-shows and pending patient visits
• Task & Workflow Management:
• Track and organize all pending patient-related tasks (e. g. , lab results, vaccination follow-ups)
• Maintain daily to-do lists for the doctor
• Send reminders for scheduled or overdue procedures
• EMR Handling:
• Input data into Electronic Medical Records
• Organize files (growth charts, vaccine schedules, visit summaries)
• Social Media Assistance (optional):
• Support content scheduling
• Monitor DMs/comments for medical inquiries
• Flag priority messages
Technical Requirements:
• Comfortable with:
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• EMR software (any major platform)
• Social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, Canva)
• WhatsApp Business (for patient communication)

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Professionalism and confidentiality
Working Hours:
• Full-time from 9 to 7 (including 1 hr lunch break)
• Must be available during clinic hours and reachable for urgent tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Background in nursing, assistant nurse,public health, or medical admin
• Previous experience in a pediatric or family clinic is a plus
• Must knows microsoft office and social media
• Resides in or near Jbeil
