We’re launching an exciting new clothing brand in Morocco and are seeking a strong, experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship location. This role is critical in setting the standard for customer experience, team culture, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team that reflects the brand’s vision.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and engagement.
Drive sales by setting clear goals, analyzing performance, and implementing action plans.
Recruit and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
Oversee daily operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance.
Maintain impeccable store presentation and uphold brand standards.
Build customer loyalty and community through service excellence and storytelling.
Collaborate with head office on promotions, events, and product launches.
Ensure financial targets, budgets, and KPIs are met.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in fashion retail, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Proven success in team leadership, training, and performance management.
Strong customer service and sales skills, with business acumen.
Excellent communication in English and French; Arabic is an advantage.
