Hotel Manager - With Minimum 2 Years Experience
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-oriented Hotel Manager to lead operations. In this role, you will direct day-to-day activities, manage a diverse team, and ensure all services reflect the hotel's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Operational Management: Oversee all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Risk Management to ensure smooth, efficient running . Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain luxury standards .
· Financial Performance: Assist in preparing annual budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement strategies to maximize profitability and meet financial targets . Manage funds, approve expenditures, and maintain accurate records .
· Guest Experience: Welcome guests, resolve complaints professionally, and proactively identify needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction . Maintain a visible presence to create personal connections .
· Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive, team-oriented culture that motivates employees .
