Karisma Doha is hiring an in-office Administrative Assistant.
Offer
QAR 3,500 / month for the first 3 months (probation)
Then QAR 4,000 / month upon confirmation
Annual evaluation after 12 months with increase
In-office only (Doha). Must already be in Qatar
What you’ll do
Handle calls, emails, reception, and scheduling
Prepare & follow up on quotations, LPOs, invoices
Coordinate deliveries with suppliers/couriers; update order trackers
Maintain files/records; data entry (Excel/Sheets)
Support the sales team; basic stock/sample tracking
Requirements
Valid QID; NOC/transferable visa preferred
Currently based in Qatar (immediate joiners preferred)
2+ years admin/secretary experience (Qatar/GCC a plus)
Good English; Arabic is a plus
MS Office / Google Workspace skills; organized and reliable
