Personal Assistant – Job Description (Qatar Market) Job Summary: The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the manager or executive, ensuring smooth daily operations in compliance with company standards and local business practices in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in Arabic and English. Prepare official letters, reports, and presentations. Coordinate internal and external communications. Arrange business travel, hotel bookings, and transportation. Follow up on project tasks, submissions, and deadlines. Organize and maintain digital and hardcopy filing systems. Attend meetings, record minutes, and distribute action points. Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, and technical submissions if required. Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities when necessary. Maintain confidentiality of company and personal information. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant in Qatar. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Strong knowledge of Qatari business correspondence standards. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with document control systems is an advantage. Valid Qatar residency or transferable visa (if applicable). Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
