My responsibilities are as follows;
• Create project accounts in the accounting ERP system by entering monthly revenue and expenditure of project.
• Preparing contract monthly progress with the understanding of manpower hourly rate and procurement.
• Maintaining record for payable with vendor’s detail.
• Maintaining record for receivable with Client.
• Dealing with procurement team for POs, invoicing and daily procurement mater. Review, approve and forward supplier invoices related to a project.
• Calculating and record VAT on invoicing.
• Daily petty cash dealing and maintain a balance with head office by requesting as per the requirement of project.
• Maintain a favorable balance between budgeted and actual project overheads.
• Prepare project quarterly, semiannually & yearly forecast reports.
• Preparing monthly timesheet of staff in ERP and excel as input tools for payroll.
• Preparing employees file record, PARs, Vacation, Sick Leave, End of Service benefit & Clearance etc.
• Prepare and maintain vehicle repairing/oil changing logbook. Fuel average calculation.
