Role Overview

SMAC Limited is looking for a proactive and well-organized Business Development & Client Relations Coordinator to support the company’s commercial activities and manage communication with prospective customers.

The role will primarily focus on contacting and following up with leads provided by SMAC, qualifying potential customers, coordinating meetings and product demonstrations, maintaining accurate lead records, and ensuring that each opportunity is professionally followed through.

This is primarily a lead coordination and customer engagement role. Technical product demonstrations, detailed technical discussions, commercial negotiations, pricing approvals, and contract closing will be handled by the SMAC management and expert team.
