**WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR HR SPECIALIST**

A well-established company operating in the **tourism and limousine services sector** is looking for an experienced **Senior HR Specialist** to manage its day-to-day HR operations.

**Key Requirements:**

– 5–7 years of practical experience in Human Resources.
– Strong experience in personnel affairs and HR operations.
– Good knowledge of Egyptian labor and social insurance regulations, employee affairs, and related government procedures.
– Experience preparing payroll and managing attendance and leave records.
– Experience in recruitment, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
– Ability to prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, reports, and records.
– Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
– Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
– Previous experience in tourism or hospitality is an advantage.
– Experience with HR systems is preferred.
**This is a hands-on, non-supervisory position focused on managing HR functions and daily operations. **

*Location:** Heliopolis – Triumph Square
*Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
*Working Days:** Sunday to Thursday (5 days per week)
